I have an annual tradition of taking my kids’ pictures for Valentine’s Day and using them to create valentines to pass out to friends. This year, I was informed by my fifth grader that it wasn’t cool anymore, and he wanted to just bring candy. Through clenched teeth, I bought a box of Fun Dip valentines for $2.31 at the grocery store and called it good, but I’m hoping for a few more years of fun with my daughter. We didn’t have an end result in mind, but she knew she wanted to “make funny faces with the white backdrop.” So we did– and had so much fun that even Brother joined in for a few 🙂
