One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to work with couples like Chance and Kaitlin– a couple that cares so much about their photography and having Troy and I there to capture their Indiana winter wedding!
Their story began on July 4, 2015. Having only met each other one time before at Chance’s sister’s wedding, the last thing either of them were expecting was to hit it off the way they did. Nonetheless, they made a connection that would take them on the most incredible ride of their lives.
Their first date consisted of Chance helping Kaitlin paint her living room, eating Jimmy John’s on the living room floor, and watching Dirty Dancing. After that night, they were inseparable. They both knew quite early that this relationship was the one they had been waiting for.
Fast forward to February 2017 to a vacation in Brown County. It was their second time visiting Whipporwhill Woods Cabin which has since become their favorite place to visit. On their last night, Chance got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course, SHE SAID YES!
Kaitlin envisioned an elegant, eclectic, clean, winter wedding at Reynolds Barn, including an intimate outdoor ceremony followed by a large reception with all their family and friends!
Here’s a glimpse at their special day!
