The traci and troy experience

The Approach

I’d like to think of my job as a 3-part process:

1. Planning: I’ll create a wedding day timeline, help you think through details, and offer my expertise throughout your engagement.

2. Presence: On the wedding day, we work hard to balance being professional while being warm and friendly. We love when couples say we eased their stress, that they felt comfortable with us, and that having pictures taken was a highlight of their day!

3. Product: When your wedding day is over, your photographs are one of the few things that remain. I work hard to deliver a professional product that will become a family heirloom. That’s a privilege to me.

We’ll simply make your wedding day better.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are your dream clients?

My dream clients are joyful and kind. They love people and love to laugh. Their wedding photos are important to them. They care about organization and the details of the wedding, but they know that things might not go as expected and that’s okay!

Do you provide full wedding day coverage?

I work with couples that desire heirloom quality images without full day photography coverage. Couples choose me because they’re having a simpler wedding or because full day photography coverage is not in their wedding budget.

How do I know how many hours of coverage I need?

I work with my couples to create a timeline that fits the vision for your wedding photographs. For example, some couples want detail images but don’t need reception coverage. Together we’ll find the perfect amount of coverage for you!

Who is Troy?

In years past, Troy, my brother, was an integral part of the wedding experience and my primary second shooter. His own business and family have grown and they’re his first priority now– but I’ve kept the name!

Do you work with a 2nd photographer?

Yes! All T&T weddings include a second shooter. I believe they are invaluable– not just because of the added images they provide but also because it allows me to be in two places at once!

Do you travel?

Because of my family’s schedule, most of the time the answer is no, but for extraordinary circumstances, I could be persuaded! 🙂 Would I travel to Paris or a Caribbean island? Yes!
